6. Subscription and Payment

We offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues

7. AI Content Disclaimer

Zig Zeig uses AI to generate marketing content. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication
• We do not guarantee specific business results or conversions
• AI outputs may occasionally be similar to content from other users

Always review AI-generated content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zig Zeig GmbH shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs or defects will be corrected
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations
• The Service will achieve specific business results

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the Service
• Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zig Zeig GmbH from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you create or publish
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

EU consumers retain their right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
